Your Primary Care Physician is available to provide annual physical exams, colorectal exams, mammography referrals, appropriate immunizations, and other tests/exams recommended for your age/sex. Please contact your PCP / OB/GYNE to discuss and arrange for preventive services. We encourage you to join with your Primary Care Physician in maintaining your health!
