Chemical Dependency Services Chemical Dependency Services benefits are available through the Blue Cross HMO Chemical Dependency Network for the treatment of Substance Abuse whether or not the Covered Services have been ordered by your Primary Care Physician or Woman’s Principal Health Care Provider. To obtain benefits for Substance Abuse Treatment, you must call the Blue Cross HMO Chemical Dependency Hotline at 800-346-3986.
